3. Products & Nature of Service
All products offered by Razana Gifts are either perishable (flowers) or handcrafted gift items. While we strive to match product images and descriptions, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to availability, seasonality, and the handmade nature of our products.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Razana Gifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
* Product unavailability
* Incorrect pricing or system errors
* Suspected fraudulent activity
Customers will be notified in case of any changes or cancellations.
5. Pricing & Payment
* All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
* Payments must be completed through approved payment gateways available on the website.
* Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.
Razana Gifts reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Delivery Terms
* Delivery is available across the United Arab Emirates.
* Same-day delivery is available in Sharjah and nearby areas, subject to order timing and operational capacity.
* Deliveries to other Emirates are typically scheduled for the next day.
* GCC deliveries are subject to availability and third-party coordination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Razana Gifts shall not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
* Incorrect or incomplete address
* Recipient unavailability
* External factors beyond reasonable control (traffic, weather, or regulatory restrictions)
7. Cancellation & Modification Policy
* Orders may be cancelled or modified within a limited timeframe prior to preparation.
* Once preparation or dispatch has commenced, cancellations or changes may not be accepted.
Razana Gifts reserves the right to determine eligibility for modifications based on operational status.
8. Refunds & Returns
In compliance with UAE consumer protection guidelines:
* Due to the perishable nature of flowers and customized products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been prepared or delivered.
* In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must notify Razana Gifts within 24 hours of delivery.
* Valid claims will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be offered, which may include replacement or partial/full refund where applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
9. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to:
* Provide accurate and complete order and delivery information
* Ensure availability of the recipient at the specified delivery time
* Use the website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
10. Intellectual Property
